This was one of the largest re-enactment scenarios in Australia.
People travelled from all over the country to get together and enjoy some stunning pyrotechnics, restored vehicles, military encampments and tactical manuoevers over two days.
The theme was based around the events in Arnhem Holland near the end of WW2. |

A smaller get together for most of the local (Victoria) re-enactors.
The event was used to display military re-enactment to the families and friends of the re-enactors, and to allow for some set up photography and video opportunities.

The Midlands Military Meet and Rendezvous is a Militaria Fair and Gathering held in Campbell Town, Tasmania.
Eleven WW2 era vehicles and personnel made quite a sight as they travelled from Geelong to Melbourne, boarded the Ferry Spirit of Tasmania, and attended the event.
We enjoyed a terrific event and the people of Tasmania were most welcoming and hospitable.
The theme was the Australian defence of the Brallos Pass in Greece 1941. |
