The makers of the critically acclaimed documentary series, Australians at War, and The Australians at War Film Archive, are producing an exciting new television project aimed at uncovering the remarkable personal stories of everyday Australians during wartime.

These stories will be revealed to family members who will quite literally walk in the footsteps of their ancestor.

As such, we’re looking for people to take part in the series; either by suggesting a wartime story that they know to be particularly impressive (this does not have to involve their own relatives or local area), or by nominating themselves as someone who passionately wants to find out more about a family member of their own.
